Women’s networking group Business in Heels Illawarra is getting into the spirit of the season next week by hosting a Spring Fashion Parade for its first anniversary function.

Business In Heels is about businesswomen networking in their local area.

The fashion parade is designed to feature what is hot this season and be a guide to the essential fashion and make-up trends for Spring 2014, according to organiser Monique Field.

The latest fashions will be presented by Get Dressed Dress Hire and Sway Clothing.

Hair will be styled by Empyre Hair Studio and make-up by Making Faces Make-up Studio, tanning by Backstage Tan and Beauty.

Michelle Taylor, of Get Dressed Dress Hire, said she was looking forward to showing off her growing range of outfits for hire.

She established the business recently as a dress hire service for women looking for something different to wear to an event or function.

Her objective was to give women the chance to find dresses they would like to wear and make that possible at an affordable price.

The Business in Heels first anniversary event will take place at Addison’s Function Centre, Shellharbour Village, from 7pm on September 30.

“This month we will have two inspiring speakers – Jade from Styled by Jade, and Meryll from Making Faces Make-up Studio. Business in Heels puts social first and business second and you’ll leave us feeling inspired with some great connections and memories of an amazing night. Most importantly you will walk away with new leads and life-long friends or even new ideas.”

Tickets can be purchased at www.eventbrite南京夜网.au/e/business-in-heels-networking-event-and-spring-fashion-parade-tickets-12891235031.

When Business In Heels launched in September last year the first meeting attracted 70 women.

Mrs Field decided to start it because she felt the city deserved to have its own women’s networking group.

Business in Heels is designed to help all women feel comfortable about networking.
